This was the last stand I designed at In Real Life, and
is included simply for the Artlantis model which I produced (1,2,3
& 4). In this case the client required more than technical
drawings and flat graphic elevations. They needed to see what the 'thing'
would actually look like. Hopefully it is not to far away from the photos
of the finished stand (6,7,8 & 9) although some elementd
did change from concept to completion. Image 5 shows the
wire-frame construction model in Vectorworks and the plan it came from
(10). Incidentally the general theme of the stand was
reflection - another good reason for a computer model. Image 4
is a more abstract view from the exterior of the venue as we intended
to show how it would be seen on approach.
